Quotes provided are estimates based on initial details and may be adjusted if the actual job scope differs upon inspection.

Customers are required to ensure clear access to the cleaning areas, including moving items such as flower pots, shoe racks, and other obstructions.

Additional services requested on site will be charged separately.

Work may be rescheduled due to weather conditions.

Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
